Examinations are conducted by experienced experts on case files related to disputes or lawsuits involving accounting records and all financial matters, as well as in the field of complex calculations. These examinations ensure accurate calculations, clarify disputed issues, and determine whether there are any irregularities. Deficiencies or inaccuracies in the case file are scientifically evaluated within the scope of expertise, and based on the findings obtained, a Scientific Opinion Report is prepared in accordance with Articles 67/6 of the CMK (Criminal Procedure Code) and 293/1 of the HMK (Civil Procedure Code). The Scientific Opinion Reports prepared by us can be submitted to all judicial and administrative authorities in Türkiye and abroad.
