Occupational Accidents and Safety Examinations

Regarding any occupational accident, examinations are conducted by experienced experts both at the scene and within the scope of the case file to determine whether the incident qualifies as an occupational accident, whether safety measures were sufficient, and to identify faults. Deficiencies or inaccuracies in the case file are scientifically evaluated within the scope of expertise, and based on the findings obtained, a Scientific Opinion Report is prepared in accordance with Articles 67/6 of the CMK (Criminal Procedure Code) and 293/1 of the HMK (Civil Procedure Code). The Scientific Opinion Reports prepared by us can be submitted to all judicial and administrative authorities in Türkiye and abroad.
