Examinations in the Scope of Customs Smuggling/Law

Examinations are conducted by experienced experts both at the scene and within the scope of the case file regarding disputes or lawsuits related to the Customs Law, Customs Regulations, Tariff Legislation, Foreign Trade Legislation, Import Legislation, Export Legislation, Smuggling Legislation, Rules of Origin Legislation, Inward Processing Legislation, Temporary Import Legislation, Exemptions & Passenger Procedures, Investment Incentive Legislation, TIR - Transit Legislation, Liquidation Legislation, VAT and Special Consumption Tax Legislation, Authorized Customs Consultancy, and Foreign Exchange Legislation. These examinations assess whether there are violations of the legislation, evaluate deficiencies or inaccuracies in the case file scientifically within the scope of expertise, and provide consultancy services based on the findings obtained. Upon request, a Scientific Opinion Report is prepared in accordance with Articles 67/6 of the CMK (Criminal Procedure Code) and 293/1 of the HMK (Civil Procedure Code). The Scientific Opinion Reports prepared by us can be submitted to all judicial and administrative authorities in Türkiye and abroad.
