Evaluation of Criminal Reports

The evaluation of expert and criminal reports within the case file is conducted by our subject-matter experts to assess their compliance with legal standards, determine whether there are any incomplete or inadequate examinations, and verify their alignment with scientific data. Consultancy services can be provided on these matters, and, upon request, Scientific Opinion Reports are prepared in accordance with Articles 67/6 of the CMK (Criminal Procedure Code) and 293/1 of the HMK (Civil Procedure Code).
